The setting
The Sóller valley, surrounded by the peaks of the “Tramuntana” mountain range, including the 1.445m. high peak of Puig Major, which is the highest in the island, is without doubt the most beautiful and fertile valley on the island, and where the three small communities of Biniaratx, Fornalutx, an Sóller share this special area among orange, lemon and olive trees.
